Texas Mission of Mercy is a two-day assault on the dental problems facing people in McLennan County who can’t afford dentistry. The Waco-McLennan County Dental Task Force is planning a mobile field dentistry unit staffed by volunteers.
Twenty five community agencies have identified people served by their individual agencies who are in dire need of dental care but can’t afford it.
The patients are ready and the Texas Dental Association is recruiting hundreds of volunteers to help.
Volunteer dentists, dental assistants, clerks, registration specialists and folks who just want to help are needed.
