Central Texas girl, 8, dies in accidental shooting

Authorities think a shooting that left an 8-year-old Central Texas girl dead was accidental.


A woman was taken by private car to local hospital after she was stuck by a bullet fired into her motel room.


A crash involving an 18-wheeler, a school bus carrying members of a Texas high school track team, and a car, left a coach and the driver of the truck dead and 18 students injured.


Residents and shop owners say a thief has been stealing yard art and selling stolen items at resale shops, but one used social media to return items to the owners and lead detectives to a suspect.
