Ex-BU official denies Athletic Dept. failed to respond to rape report

In a legal filing Friday, former Baylor athletic director Ian McCaw denies that BU Athletic Department officials and coaches failed to respond to a report of a rape by a football player and says they didn't learn of allegations in a second case involving players for two years.
