Gray Announces Retirement

(June 9, 2011) -- Shoemaker head football coach and athletic director Ken Gray announced his retirement today.

Gray spent 11 seasons as the Grey Wolves head coach. He went 29-81 over the span, including a current school record 22-game losing streak.

Killeen ISD released a statement today saying:

"Killeen Independent School District would like to thank Ken Gray for his dedication and service to the students of Shoemaker High School. KISD will begin the search for a new Campus Athletic Coordinator and Head Football Coach. "
