Aggies Suspend Two Starters For SMU Game

DALLAS (September 15, 2012) -- Texas A&M has suspended running back Christine Michael and safety Steven Campbell for violating team rules and they will not play Saturday against SMU.

Michael, who rushed for 899 yards in 2011 as a junior, had 33 yards on the ground in the Aggies' 20-17 loss to No. 18 Florida last week. Campbell made five tackles against the Gators.

The school says the suspensions for the two seniors are only for the SMU game.
