Alexander Holds First Football Camp In Marlin

MARLIN (July 21, 2012) -- There are a few options around Central Texas for football camps. LaDainian Tomlinson has one in Waco. Quan Cosby holds one every year in Mart and Roy Miller, with the help of other area standouts, has one in Killeen.

There had never been a football camp in Marlin until today.

Former Bulldog and current St. Louis Rams receiver Danario Alexander held his first football camp at Legion Stadium.

Over a hundred campers joined Alexander, ages 7-14, for the free camp.

Alexander was joined by a host of NFL pros and former college teammates at the University of Missouri.

Among the standouts in attendance, Eagles receiver Jeremy Maclin, Falcons linebacker Sean Weatherspoon, Jaguars defensive back Kevin Rutland, and former Bulldog, Aggie, and current Broncos defensive back Coryell Judie.
