Baylor Suspends Defensive End Tevin Elliott

Print

WACO (April 27, 2012) -- Baylor head coach Art Briles announced Friday the indefinite suspension of defensive end Tevin Elliott from the football program for violation of team policy.

Elliott, a sophomore from Mount Pleasant, Texas, did not participate in spring workouts that concluded earlier this month and missed Baylor’s Alamo Bowl win due to a knee injury. He totaled 63 tackles over the last two seasons.

Briles will have no further comment at this time.
