(February 5, 2013) -- It came down to Baylor, Texas and TCU. In the end, Andrew Billings decided to stay close to home.
The Waco High star recruit announced Tuesday on ESPN 1660 AM that he will sign with Baylor. Billings, who played both offense and defense for the Lions, will play defensive tackle for the Bears.
Billings was rated as the 12th-ranked defensive tackle in the country. With the addition of the local product, Baylor has moved up to 26th in the overall team rankings.
