(November 14, 2012) -- Harker Heights lineman Darius James was presented his honorary game jersey for the 2013 Under Armour All-America High School Football Game on Wednesday.

The event was part of the three-month American Family Insurance Selection Tour for the Under Armour All-America Game.

James, who has verbally committed to Texas, is one of 90 players selected to compete in the sixth-annual Under Armour All-America Game presented by American Family Insurance, a nationally televised competition spotlighting the country’s top high school seniors.

The 2013 Under Armour All-America Game is slated for 5 p.m. ET on Jan. 4, 2013, at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla., and will be televised on ESPN.

“It’s a big honor,” James said. “I never thought I would be picked to play in a game as big as this with past players like Jadeveon Clowney and Trent Richardson.”
