Temple College Bounced From Region V Tournament

(March 8, 2012) -- South Plains (30-0) ended Temple's season with a 115-75 blowout win in the opening round of the Region V Tournament in Lubbock.

The overall top seed in the tourney used a 22-1 to open the game and never looked back.

Marshall Henderson and Derrell Edwards both poured in a game high 20 points in the victory.

The Leopards will led in scoring by Earl Graves with 19 points. Two other TC players were in double figures, Antonie Chaney with 12 points and Joe Miles with 10 points.

Temple College ends the season at 17-14.
