UMHB Men's Golf Ranked

Belton (March 27, 2013) -- The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor men's golf team is ranked 25th in the country in this week's Golf World/Nike Golf Division III Coaches' Top 25 Poll. The UMHB men totaled 46 points in this week's poll, dropping from their previous rank at the in 20th slot. Oglethorpe University retains the top spot this week with six first-place votes and 3058 total points.

The Cru is one of two American Southwest Conference teams mentioned in the latest poll. U.T.-Tyler is ranked 13th with 156 total points this week. This is the second Golf World/Nike Golf Poll of the spring.

The Cru men most recently finished second at the U.T.-Dallas Classic, ten strokes behind tournament-winner U.T.-Tyler. The UMHB men will return to action April 15th and 16th at the American Southwest Conference Championship Tournament in Lufkin, Texas.
