HOUSTON (May 30, 2012) -- The Houston Texans are happy to have former Cowboys linebacker Bradie James on the roster.
After trading longtime leader DeMeco Ryans to the Philadelphia Eagles in March, the Texans were looking for a veteran inside linebacker to fill the void. James signed in April after spending 10 seasons in Dallas.
He has been reunited with former Cowboys coaches Wade Phillips and Reggie Herring. Both say his familiarity with the 3-4 defensive scheme will be a big asset this season.
