Rusty, we are growing weary of you weathermen promising rain in your forecasts and then watching the day come and go without a drop at our place! It seems like it “pops up” all around us sometimes, yet we get left holding the “dry” bag! How about delivering some down highway 77??

Why does your web site go by the name of “web channel”? Please tell me what the difference is between a “web site” and a “web channel”. No one else calls theirs that!

Thank you, Rusty Garrett, for being so kind! My nine year old daughter and I were at Wal-Mart last Saturday when she spotted you and exclaimed in a rather loud voice…”It’s him Momma!” I told her to go up and say hi and when she did you were so patient and kind to her. You made her feel like a million bucks and I know that you are probably hounded a lot when you are out in public. Several others nearby in the store overheard the conversation and they too started talking to you. I am sorry for starting something! Well, I just wanted you to know that speaking from a parent’s point of view, that sure goes a long way and your genuine kindness shows in public as well as on our tv.

Tonight on the news you talked about skin cancer surgery you had. You were so honest about the subject and many of us were wondering what happened to your forehead recently. Thanks for not keeping us wondering. Thanks also for reminding everyone to protect themselves from sunburns. We are praying that you are okay. We would sure be unhappy if anything happened to our favorite TV weatherman!
