Felicia, the first Category 4 hurricane in the eastern Pacific Ocean since Hurricane Dennis is 2006, dissipated today before reaching the Hawaiian Islands. The Central Pacific Hurricane Center in Hawaii ihas issued the last advisory on what was Felicia. There may still be gusty winds and some heavy rainfall in the islands as the remnant low center passes.
