After a grueling eight and a half weeks of transforming my 19 year old namesake into a member of the World's Greatest Air Force, Airman William L. Garrett III proudly graduated Friday, June 11, 2010 at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio!

Now, Ann and I fly out of the Alamo City and join our travel group on the beautiful Hawaiian Islands for some "first class" rest and relaxation!  We arrive Saturday late afternoon, June 12th at Kona on The Big Island and meet up with the group.  While many are new-found travel friends, nearly a dozen are from our Alaska vacation back in August of 2009.   That will make this Holiday Vacation a reunion of sorts! 

We can't wait to share the experience with all of you and plan to gather lots of photos, so check back often.
