After breakfast Monday, our Holiday Vacation group of nearly 50 said so long to Hawaii's Big Island, loaded up on a custom coach and motored to the Kona airport for a scenic half hour flight over to the island of Maui.
On arrival, we motored to the Maui Ocean Center for lunch and then an amazing look at some of the marine life that inhabits the waters surrounding the Hawaiian Islands. The quaint little town of Lahaina here on Maui offers great shopping and the white sand beaches of Ka'anapali Beach await our group for fun in the sun over the next few days. All this and more from the luxurious accomodations of the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa. Friends and family back home, all I can say is "wish you were here!"
On a personal note, today was extra special for Ann and Me, celebrating our two year wedding anniversary. What an ideal place to create a romantic memory. A highlight was our long, sunset stroll along the beautiful Ka'anapali Beach. I am one blessed husband!
