The National Weather Service has finished their survey of the storm damage that occurred on April 9^th and 10^th.  Here is the link to their report:  http://www.srh.noaa.gov/fwd/April0910/april0910.htm . 

The one thing that you will notice in the report is that they classified the damage that occurred in Bell County as straight-line wind damage, and not tornado damage.
