I know many of us from the News 10 team will likely write blogs about the Komen Race for the Cure, but I just wanted to post a quick Thank You to everyone involved.

I was lucky enough to get to Emcee the start and finish of the race with Emily, and it was amazing how many racers we had for both the 1 mile and 5K race.

 So first of all thank you to all of the races that were out early this morning in the cold conditions (many of which arrived before the sun came up).  Everyone had such a great attitude!!

Also thanks to all of the volunteers, because there is so much work that has to be done behind the scenes for a great event like this to be done.

If you were not able to make it out this year, we hope to see you out at the race next year!!!
