CPR Event

This weekend on NewsMakers we are talking about the "Temple Save A Life Day" happening Saturday May 10 at the Temple Mall.  The CPR Task force will have several booths set up there, and will be giving out a ton of great information that could help protect your family.  The will also be selling The Family & Friends CPR Anytime Personal Learning Program kit.  This kit is a great tool to help your family learn CPR in the comfort of your home, and on Saturday it will be half price!  That show will air Saturday May 10 @ 11am.

Here is more info about the kit

Here is information from Temple Mayor Bill Jones about the event

I will be spending my Saturday evening watching the traffic head in to celebrate the marriage of Jenna Bush and Henry Hager.  Congratulations to both of them!  I am always impressed by all of the different google applications.  Here are some quotes recently from Jenna and the Bush family, many of them about the wedding.

This article from the Kansas City Star has some interesting First Family wedding trivia.  I have read A LOT of articles to get ready for the News 10 coverage on Saturday, and this is one of the best wrap ups.

And while I was searching around... I found out that the White House will send congratulations on big life events!  I didn't know they did that.  Here is the info

I am glad I finally figured out how to make the links look better.  Hopefully they all work.
