We canceled our membership with AARP. What a bunch of idiots. There must be a bribe somewhere in the woodpile, it will all come out sooner or later. Glenn Beck or Rush will smoke it out.

Observer, why do most of the conspiracy theorist tend to support Dems? I guess that's easier than the hard work of the truth. If you would like to join the rest of us in the real world we sure could use some help with real dialog about what is going on.

I wonder how much the insurance companies are paying all these "concerned citizens" to speak out against healthcare reform?

The AARP has always been a left wing organization and is controlled much the same way labor unions are controlled. If you are a senior who does not support the Democrats health care bill (and there are many of you), cut up your AARP cards and cancel your membership immediately. If you receive mail from AARP, refuse it and return to sender. There are other seniors organizations (like the American Seniors Association) that actually do have seniors' best interest in mind.

AARP is attempting to corner the market on Medicare while helping the dims cut the costs (drive up your costs). Wake up people. If Edwards signs this let him know he's gone in one year.

AARP has been and continues to be an outstanding organization. They got this right. To bad more Americans are unable to see the truth in this matter, and are to dependant on those who lack the ability to do what is the countries best interest.

Well, maybe I can't make much of a difference, but I will never send another penny to the AARP.
