WASHINGTON (December 22, 2013) Former Republican Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee won the Iowa caucuses in 2008 before quitting the presidential race and then skipped 2012 contest entirely, saying his heart wasn't in it.
But when asked about whether he’d consider another try in 2016 on “Fox News Sunday,” he responded, "The honest answer is yes."
He said the party has "a strong stable" of potential candidates and he'll make a decision after the 2014 election, setting the odds of a run at 50-50.
"It would be a decision of the heart,” he said.
