i agree with you bob,not enough praises go out to the MEN and WOMEN of the armed services, along with our city and county heroes such as POLICEMEN,FIREFIGHTERS, and EMS responders,so all should be thankful to these people, enough media hype about the entertainment and hollywood world, the everyday common person makes these people who they are by spending there money on going to see their movies, buying their cd's and other memorabilia, so when people cry out to have someone such as MJ put on a stamp or some other way of idolatry, think about who provides us with freedom along with our safety and well being!!!!

MJ does not need national honor, I agree with Bob, those that deserve any kind of honor are those that serve their country and comunity; Thank the next service member that you meet and the public servant that helps protect you from crime and danger, not the drug using, child molesting idol.

OH give me a break. What the hell is wrong with this country. Why are there some making this nut out to be hero? Why don't these so called elected officals do what they were elected to do and stop with this petty stuff. If you want to make a resolution to honor someone, honor our men and women in the armed sevices who are fighing to keep us free????

How about a resolution against child molestation or prescription drug abuse?
