(CONTD) The Credit Default Swaps ( basically insurance policies) were bundled & sold over & over in the world once Phil Gramm had removed oversight from them. CDS & even risky loans to homeowners would not have mattered had the housing market bubble not burst. Republican greed killed Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae. Republican greed brought down Wall Street & the financial markets. Obamanomics are working--slowly but surely--as witnessed by the painfully slow economic recovery just beginning & the slackening of layoffs. You cannot in nine months undo the damage done by Republicans in the last 8 years. But with intelligent people in the White House who have intelligent solutions, America is on the road to recovery. The history books I have read do not match the misinformation & outright lies you consider the truth. Take a look in the mirror if you want to see petulance!

Oh my, but you talk ugly! No diplomacy or kindness in you! Just what I expected from a screamer/Teabagger! The destruction of America started with Republicans' 1994 Contract with America. Clinton's Republican Congress decided they would raid Social Security to balance the budget. Big Business lobbyists sat right beside Republicans in Congress & actually WROTE the laws to benefit Big Business. ENRON'S lobbyist sat next to Republican Phil Gramm & wrote the ENRON loopholes that led to the massive CA fraudulent rolling blackouts & to the demise of ENRON. Phil Gramm inserted a last-minute clause unread by & unapproved by Congress that removed oversight from the disastrous Credit Default Swaps that are the toxic derivatives assets still on the books today. Republicans at Freddie Mac & Freddie Mae told Democrats all was hunky-dory but SECRETLY (Under the table) paid TWO MILLION DOLLARS to a Republican lobbying firm to KILL Chuck Hagels proposed bill to reform the two mortgage giants. *CONTD*

If you finally lose enough, whether freedom or capital, then you might just start to realize that the real destruction of America started with the New Deal, was bolstered by LBJ and then carried into its present state by Carter and Clinton. Employment will still be hovering at 9 to 10% in 2010. The truth about how much the healthcare bill and cap and trade will come out. Thus the socialist Democrats will have sealed their fate. The only way Nobama will be reelected is if the Republicans don't put forward a good, solid candidate. McCain/Palin was a horrible choice, but I still would have taken them over a socialist community organizer.

I would bet that Obama has a second term as president, if I were a betting person. By 2010, the economy will be well on the way to recovering & Americans in better shape than expected. That Hope & Change thing works great--just need a little time. Took Republicans years to dstroy America--will take much less time to restore it with Brilliance running the show. Thank God that Stupid & Stupider did not get the White HOuse last year!

The Democrats don't want solutions.ALL THEY WANT IS CONTROL!Everytime someone submits something that even sounds like a solution and Not Control, it has been rejected.This enormous tax burden that the Democrats are trying to IMPOSE on the American Taxpayer is not a Solution and NEVER will be. The American People are finally realizing what they elected is Not What They Got, and now will Stand Up and BE COUNTED.If anyone has read even a small portion of this bill and still thinks it's GOOD FOR AMERICA, are bigger IDIOTS than their education shows!
