Perry Orders Flags To Half-Staff; Sends Texas Rangers To Fort Hood Gov. Rick Perry Thursday ordered state flags flown at half-staff and sent Texas Rangers to assist Fort Hood investigators and the FBI in the wake of the shooting rampage on post that left 12 dead and 31 injured.

what can the rangers do that the us army can't do ? geuss perry will have them directing traffic on fort hood st.
