WASHINGTON (March 10, 2010)--As a new Associated Press poll finds support for improvements to the nation’s health care system, but distaste for the way the debate is playing out in Washington, President Barack Obama continues the campaign for overhaul Wednesday in St. Louis.

He is highlighting a plan to use high-tech bounty hunters to help uncover health care fraud.

Mr. Obama signed an executive order Tuesday that encourages private auditors to search out improper Medicare and Medicaid payments.

Business groups that oppose the health care legislation are pouring some money into a new ad campaign that debuts Wednesday.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce says the ads will make the argument that the nation can't afford the health care bill.

No matter who wins the fight over health care, it looks like Congress is losing.

A new poll by The Associated Press and GfK finds fewer people approve of Congress than at any point in the Obama presidency, but Mr. Obama's job performance rating is holding fairly steady at 53 percent.
