Dozens of Central Texas residents will be in Washington, D.C. to watch history being made as Barack Obama takes the oath of office as the nation’s 44th president.

And News Ten’s Dallas Cook will be among them, armed with a camera, a laptop computer and a cell phone to cover the event through the eyes of the area residents who will witness the inauguration of the nation’s first black president.
