The college Students can 'not' afford to go to out of State Colleges, and with the Recession, probably will 'not' get jobs when they spend 'all' of the money for 4 year College Degree. So(from 'my' personal lifes experiences) go to the Trade Schools like TSTC instead!!!!!!
