AUSTIN, Texas (January 29, 2012)--A crowd estimated at close to 3,000 people marched to the steps of the State Capitol Saturday to hear from anti-abortion leaders.

Keynote speaker and Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott told the Texas Rally for Life on Saturday he learned the beauty of life when lost the ability to walk.

The rally, which drew participants from across the state, marked the 39th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision.

Speakers also included religious leaders, officeholders and representatives of anti-abortion groups.
