Events cannot be added to the calendar unless you provide ALL of the information required and must be submitted using this form. Especially important are the DATES & TIMES of the event as well as COMPLETE location information INCLUDING the CITY and STATE. All submissions must be received at least 2 WEEKS before the scheduled event!
