LOS ANGELES (AP) Childhood friends Spencer Stone, Alek Skarlatos and Anthony Sadler are considering a new career after starring as themselves in Clint Eastwood's "The 15:17 to Paris."

The three men who famously thwarted a potential terrorist attack in August 2015 on a Paris-bound train say that they're going to give acting a shot.

The film tells the story of their lives leading up to the moment where they tackled a man who had boarded the train with a Kalashnikov rifle, pistol and box cutter.

It opens nationwide Friday.
