KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) A Killeen woman accused of trying to sell explicit nude photos of a 13-year-old girl over the internet was jailed Wednesday in lieu of $100,000 bond charged with sexual performance by a child under 14.

Rebecca Sue Miller, 46, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant that stemmed from an investigation by the Texas Attorney General’s Office into “images of child pornography that had been unloaded and shared through social media,” according to an arrest warrant affidavit released Wednesday.

The girl told an investigator that when she was 13 years old and in the seventh grade, Miller took “multiple photographs of her without her clothes on"...“at the request of a man on the internet who promised to give Miller money in exchange,” the affidavit says.

Miller told the investigator she had met a man online and that the man asked for nude photographs of the girl, the affidavit says.

Miller said she refused at first, but changed her mind after he offered her money for the photos, the affidavit said.

“Miller stated that she sent the photographs to the man, but he never paid her,” the affidavit says.
