KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) - State Fire Marshal’s Office investigators were using a specially trained dog to sniff out clues as they inspected the rubble of the interior of a pool hall that was gutted by fire early Thursday in Killeen.
The fire was reported at around 5:45 a.m. Thursday at Stix Pool and Games at 3301 East Rancier Ave.
Smoke and flames were coming from the roof of the business when the first crews arrived.
The interior of the business is a total loss, officials said.
No one was inside the building when the fire started.
No injuries were reported.
Adjoining stores in the Eastlake Shopping Center were closed temporarily Thursday morning because of light smoke damage.
