(KWTX) Bela Vista Italian Bistro in Whitney failed their inspection with a 60.
They had 25 repeat violations including roaches and rodents.
The inspector saw several live roaches on the prep tables, under the beverage station and in the storage area.
There was even a roach in a bulk bag of bread crumbs in the freezer, needless to say it was thrown out.
The inspector pointed out a hole in the floor as being a point of entry for the extra visitors.
Black mold and old debris was in the cooler along with an expired package of turkey.

Several containers were cracked, food containers had no date and sanitizers were not labeled.
Three of the violations were corrected on site and they will have a follow up in a week.
A viewer asked us to look into Country Kitchen in Lampasas.
On their most recent inspection back in February they scored a 92.
Employees were observed skipping the sanitation process when washing dishes.
Other employees were seen eating in the kitchen costing them points.
The ceiling above the cooking line was full of debris and needs to be cleaned and pies were sitting out next to the register instead of being covered up.
