(KWTX) The Sonic on Bagby Avenue in Waco made a 79, the lowest score of the week.

Roaches were found behind the ice cream maker, cutting boards were moldy, slime was found in the ice machine, and frost covered the food in the ice machine.

A few days later they fixed all the problems and called out a pest control company.

Taqueria El Charro Tapatio #7 in Waco makes an 85.

Their outside storage area was full of spider webs and spiders, utensils were stored with food residue still on them, and multiple items are unlabeled.

A week later they went back and they got a 95 because the utensils still had food residue on them.

The Fortune Cookie Express on South 6th Street in Waco scored a 79.

The inspector found food without dates in the cooler, unlabeled chemical bottles and deducted points for improper thawing methods.

They were re-inspected a week later and fixed all of the problems.

The Clean Plate award goes to Fat Boy BBQ on Scott Boulevard in Temple.
