WACO, Texas The Lady Bears returned to the court and scored a big win over McNeese State Wednesday afternoon, winning 95-34.
The game was played at noon with thousands of elementary students in attendance. Those students saw the Lady Bears dominate from the opening tip. Baylor's defense was stifling and the Lady Bears blocked several shots in the first half to set the tone.
Offensively, several Lady Bears had big days. Kristy Wallace led the scoring with 20 points, Kalani Brown and Natalie Chou had 17 each. Didi Richards had 11 points as part of a really nice balanced effort on her part.
Baylor has one more game before Big 12 play, they travel to Nicholls State.
