Police: Man Charged In Sexual Assault Of Teenage Boy Is HIV Positive
An upgraded charge has been filed against a 26-year-old Central Texas man who was arrested in incidents involving a teenage boy he met through an adult-oriented Web site and who police now say is HIV positive.

COPPERAS COVE (November 4, 2009)—An upgraded charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon has been filed against Christopher David Everett, 26, of Copperas Cove in incidents involving a 16-year-old boy whom investigators say he met through an adult-oriented Web site.
Everett was arrested earlier this month and charged with two counts of sexual assault of a child.
But according to an arrest affidavit, Everett is HIV positive and didn’t tell the teenager.
He remained in the Coryell County Jail Wednesday in lieu of $50,000 bond.

16yrs old is not a consenting adult;whether this boy may or may not have had multiple sex partners male or female he is still a child.Obviously he needs support from his family and community. He has to live with his indescretions.We all live with secrets.Forgiveness and acception is what this boy needs.Not ridicule.

Are u all nuts?? Blaming the victim and the parents? What is wrong with u people? Are u guys really that stupid not to blame the perp or should I say the perv? I guess u all do not have children. In this society why is it that the VICITMS are punished as if they were criminals. I HOPE THAT WHEN IT HAPPENS TO YOU ONE DAY YOU WILL BE EQUALLY SYMPATHETIC!!!!!

first off his mother doesn't care for him because he is gay she always has treated him as a second rate child and i believe that if he wouldn't have found out he was positive he wouldn't have gone to the police i don't believe it was rape i believe he only said that because of what he found out and to whoever said it ur right it isn't his first adult partner none of his sexual partners have been under the age of 18 i think that was actually the youngest i know his first sexual partner works at as a waiter and is i believe 23 maybe older this kid sad to say knew what he was gettin into why would u sneak out of your house to talk in the middle of the night nobody does that it was a booty call plan and simple and sad to say i was once interested in this person myself but glad to see i didn't waste my time because when your trash your trash i believe sad but true he put himself in this situation and chris just got caught in the cross fire and isn't his mom's boyfriend a cop?
