1st Cavalry Division Soldier Dies After Collapsing During Physical Training
A 37-year-old 1st Cavalry Division lieutenant has died after collapsing during physical training on post, Fort Hood said Friday.

FORT HOOD (March 5, 2010)-- First Lieutenant Michael Jue, 37, of Warren, Ohio, has died after collapsing during morning physical training on post, Fort Hood said Friday.

Jue died on Tuesday, Fort Hood said.

He was assigned to the 1st Cavalry Division’s 1st Squadron, 9th Cavalry Regiment, 4th
Brigade Combat Team.

His decorations included the Army Commendation Medal.

Mike was a former SGT. He was my training NCO at Fort Knox Ky. when I was a 1SG. The greatest guy you could ever know.
