KWTX Foster Care Project

Copperas Cove, TX (KWTX) It’s a topic that’s tough for most of us to talk about; A child being removed from an unfit home and placed in Child Protective Services.

While C.P.S. works hard to ensure some quality of life, too often children are shuffled through several locations.

That’s why it’s so important that families step up and give these children a permanent home.

In our first installment of the KWTX Foster Care Project we took a trip to Copperas Cove, where the Thompson’s are using love and tolerance to foster children and second chances.

Going forward, each month The KWTX Foster Care Project will highlight a child in need of a home.

In the meantime, if you have any interest in getting involved or learning more about the process call the Texas Adoption Resource Center at 800.233.3405 or go to www.adoptchildren.org.
