COPPERAS COVE, Texas (KWTX) A third suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting that left a Copperas Cove teenager dead.

Andrew Sommervold, 21, was arrested on a murder charge in Contra Costa County in Calif. on Sunday.

Jamiroquai Ejiawoko, 17, and Joshua Vega, 23, both of Copperas Cove, were arrested earlier in connection with the shooting.

Officers said a female juvenile is also wanted in connection with the incident.

Officers responded to a report of gunfire at around 10:15 p.m. on Nov. 9 in the 3000 block of Bonnie Lane and found the 17-year-old victim, whom police identified as Larry Anthony Quinn Thomas.

He was shot in the head, his family said.

He was taken first to Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center and was later transferred to Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, where he died on Friday.

Thomas’ family moved to Copperas Cove about six months ago, a family member said.

He died just before his 18th birthday.

Police said the three suspects and Thomas got into an argument before the shooting.
