Mya Breaks Foot
A broken foot is forcing Mya to postpone her Broadway debut.

(April 30, 2008)--Mya has a broken foot and that means she won't be able to make her Broadway debut in "Chicago."

Mya was to have played Velma Kelly in the production, but producer Barry Weissler says she has a broken left foot and won't be with the show when her 9-week run was to begin on May 12.

No details about what happened are available and there wasn’t any immediate word on who will replace Mya in the show.

Brenda Braxton is currently playing the role.
