(July 21, 2008)--Dierks Bentley is headlining a European tour with sold-out stops in England, Ireland, Norway and France.
Bentley heads home on Aug. 2 to play the music festival Lollapalooza in Chicago.
He says he's always focused on trying to play new places or spots where one wouldn't expect to see a country singer.
"Whether it is a gig in France or a rock festival like Lollapalooza, the goal is always the same...to bring some new fans back to Nashville with us,” he said.
After his summer festival stops, Bentley will head into the studio to put the finishing touches on his fourth studio album.
He said definitely the most time he's ever spent making an album.
He started writing it in December 2006.
