(July 22, 2008)—Records obtained by the Dallas Morning News show that the Jonas Brothers are buying a home in the Dallas Fort Worth area’s Vaquero neighborhood.
The documents, which were signed on June 12, show the three band members granted power of attorney to their mother, Denise Jonas, to buy a $2.8 million, six-bedroom house in.
A publicist for the band, which began a nationwide tour last month, declined comment.
The eldest Jonas, 20-year-old Kevin, was born in Dallas but grew up in New Jersey with brothers Joe, who's 18 and 15-year-old Nick.
The exclusive North Texas neighborhood already includes major leaguer Mark Teixeira, former Cowboys quarterback Drew Bledsoe and Pro Football Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw.
