(October 22, 2008)—A settlement has been reached in a lawsuit between the Beatles' Apple Corps and a Miami-area company over early Beatles performances.

Fuego Entertainment wanted to market eight songs the Beatles recorded in 1962 at the Star Club in Hamburg, Germany.

Apple claimed the songs were poor-quality bootlegs taped without the band's permission.

Terms of the settlement are confidential, but Fuego has agreed not to market or distribute the songs.
