(October 30, 2008)--The Jackson 5 are talking about getting back together, and this time, the promise is being made by Jermaine Jackson, who told Australian Associated Press plans are already in the works to get the family together for a reunion tour.
He says it will include the family's biggest hit-maker, Michael, as well as baby sister Janet.
Jermaine says one thing fans can bank on is that the reunion tour "has been a long time coming."
The Jackson 5 first burst on the public scene in the 1970s with hits like "I Want You Back."
Michael Jackson branched off to launch a solo career, as did Jermaine.
Since then, they got back together for a tour in the early 1980s, but since then, there has been more reunion talk than action.
