Emmy Award Winner Under Investigation
Emmy winner Brad Garrett is under investigation after in incident involving a photographer in West Hollywood.

(November 12, 2008)--Authorities are investigating battery allegations against Emmy-winning actor Brad Garrett after an incident involving a photographer in West Hollywood.

Los Angeles County sheriff's Sgt. Kristin Aloma says said Garrett, 48, has not been arrested in connection with the incident, which occurred either late Tuesday or early Wednesday.

She did not provide further details.

A message left for Garrett's manager, Glenn Robbins, was not immediately returned.

Garrett stars in the Fox sitcom "'Til Death” and won three best supporting actor Emmys for his role in the comedy "Everybody Loves Raymond."
