Miley Likes The Dog, But Wants A Car
Miley Cyrus turns 16 in a couple of weeks and says her mother is praying she’ll fail her driver’s test.

(November 14, 2008)--Miley Cyrus turns 16 in less than two weeks, which means she’ll be able to get her driver's license.

But she told "Live With Regis and Kelly" that her mother is "like, praying" she won't pass her driver's test.

Even if she does, there's another problem, though.

Cyrus says she loves the dog her parents gave her for her birthday, but she wants something more grown up when she actually turns 16 on Nov. 23rd and she says, "A car would be nice."
