(November 24, 2008)--The revival of the David Mamet play “American Buffalo” starring John Leguizamo, Cedric the Entertainer and Haley Joel Osment closed Sunday after a week's run of eight performances.

The production opened Nov. 17 to largely negative notices.

It was the second Mamet revival of the Broadway season.

The first, "Speed-the-Plow," starring Jeremy Piven, Elisabeth Moss and Raul Esparza, is running at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre.
