(November 28, 2008)--Yoko Ono says she hopes that anyone who looks upon John Lennon's artwork comes away impressed.

She says people who see Lennon's work are surprised that Lennon was "so professional" but still retained an element of fun.

She says a lot of people don't know that Lennon went to art school, and he went there because "he was a little naughty boy" and the teacher figured that was all he could do.

She said there was snobbery in the art world when Lennon was alive because he was famous in another field and it was hard for him to get an art show.

Lennon's drawings are on exhibit at the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago through this weekend.
