Recording Academy Chooses 28 Titles For Grammy Hall Of Fame
The Recording Academy has chosen 28 titles for induction into the Grammy Hall of Fame.

(December 1, 2008)--"For Once In My Life" by Stevie Wonder and "Sweet Home Alabama" by Lynyrd Skynyrd are among the songs getting special recognition from the Recording Academy.

They are among the 28 titles that will be inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame this year, which honors recordings of lasting significance.

Other songs that made the list include "Wooly Bully" by Sam the Sham and the Pharoahs, "We Are the Champions/We Will Rock You" by Queen and "Ohio" by Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young.

Jimi Hendrix's rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner" also made the cut.
