Jack White Forms Another Band
He’s already member of the White Stripes and The Ranconteurs, and now he’s playing in The Dead Weather, too.

NASHVILLE (March 13, 2009)--Jack White has formed yet another band.
He's already a member of The White Stripes and The Raconteurs, and now he’s got a third band, The Dead Weather, which includes Alison Mosshart of The Kills, Dean Fertita of Queens Of The Stone Age and Jack Lawrence of The Greenhornes.
Fertita and Lawrence are also in The Ranconteurs.
The Dead Weather debuted at a party in Nashville Wednesday to launch their new CD, "Horehound," which comes out in June.
White says they started off intending to do one 7-inch single but they "started writing songs and something happened."
He says The Dead Weather plan to tour this year.
